Excel Timecard Workbooks are available for employees in the Saskatchewan public service to track and record employee time and attendance.
To begin using the Excel Timecard click on the link below that corresponds to your hours of work category and follow the instructions for saving the timecard document to your local drive.
The Excel Timecard Workbooks for the following Hours of Work categories:
B1 Office (updated March 22, 2017)– includes Term and Permanent Part-time employees
Field or Field Variable Hours (updated April 17, 2017) (This is field timecard with a field variable hours option to be used for 4 week averaging period, working full-time or in variable hours or job share arrangement.)
Generic (updated March 22, 2017) (all hours of work categories)
